I’m Monica, a women’s health coach obsessed with muscle as medicine & menstrual cycles

I FELT OUT OF CONTROL AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS EXPERIENCING WAS LINKED TO MY MENSTRUAL CYCLES.

After struggling for over 17 years with awful period symptoms—I was finally diagnosed with PMDD, Premnstrual Dysphoric Disorder, and dug in deep to try to heal from the root of my symptoms. Through lots of trial and error, I’ve been able to make small lifestyle improvements that have allowed me to feel my happiest, most energetic and strongest in my mid-30’s. I’ve now made it my mission to help other women make small changes that can have a huge impact.
